Something about this quarantine isn't sitting well with me. Although I spend most of my time in the house anyway, something about being TOLD I have to stay in the house just doesn't feel right. But since it's important to stay safe right now call up your friend, family member, or significant other and have some fun in the house, whether it's virutally or in person.
1. Game Night
There are several multiplayer video games that can be played whether you are in the same room or apart. Fortnite, Call of Duty, Grand Theft Auto online, PUBG, A Way Out, and many more. My boyfriend and I are thinking about going back to my childhood favorite, WWE. You just have to find the right one for you. You don't even need a headset, just call each other on the phone and have fun! Just like video games, the number of other games are endless. Monopoly, Sorry, UNO, Operation. Just have fun and don't be a sore loser like me.
2. Movie Night
Pick a movie that interests you both. If you're indecisive like me, have both parties write down their choice of movies and put them into a jar. Whenever it's time to watch a movie, just pick one from the jar. It saves a lot of time instead of looking through the catalogs for an hour. If you two are apart, that's perfectly fine; call eachother, select the movie, and play the movie at the same time. Enjoy that movie with snacks and don't forget to talk about the movie after. What did you like? What didn't you like?
3. Dinner and a Movie
Before the movie, you both can cook dinner together. It could as simple as a sandwich or as nice as a candle lit, four course meal with a glass of wine. Whatever you two prefer but of course dont forget to help eachother make i
4. Puzzles
Exercise your brain with a puzzle of any size. After you guys are done, sign your names and date and tape them for memories. Or you can break them down and do them again at anytime.
5. Exercise
There are several home workout routines that you can follow on Youtube. Planet Fitness is currently doing free at home workouts called, "Home Work-Ins." So grab a partner, break a sweat and burn a few calories together.
6. At Home Spa
After a nice warm bath, throw on your robe or some comfy pajamas, do face masks, manicures, pedicures, relaxing massages and wind down before bedtime.
7. Paint and Sip
Grab some paint supplies and some wine and paint! It doesn't matter if it's on a piece of paper or a canvas. Paint or draw your own thing or come together and make a combined painting. You can also look for tutorials on Youtube. Don't look for imperfections, as Bob Ross says, "We don't make mistakes, just happy little accidents." Just enjoy the time and the fun you two are having!
8. Learn something new together
My boyfriend and I just registered for a online drawing class on udemy.com. They currently have a huge sale going on! Although, we are a few hours apart right now. We still plan on facetiming and taking the class together. Whether its drawing or learning how to play an instrument, its a great way to spend time with each other and learn something new.
9. App and Website Games
Iphone games and other multiplayer games are a great way to spend time with each other if you guys aren't next to each other. Games like Game Pigeon on Iphones, Skribbl.io, and many more. Search in your app store, multiplayer games and you find several. Currently my favorite is Four In a Row, it's basically connect four.
10.Karoke Dance Party
Blast some music, drink responsibly, and belt out your favorite songs. If you're anything like me you'll be singing Contagious by 'The Isley Brothers'. While my boyfriend sings something by Charlie Wilson. Here's a funny and embarrassing memory: if you've seen that music video; when I was younger, my family and I had talent shows, and I played the guy in the backgroud with the guitar. Like I said, embarrassing but funny. Forget if you can or can't sing. Whether it's Beyonce or Billie Eilish sing your heart out!

These are just a few ideas but I'm sure there are many more. So whatever you're doing, just make sure you're having fun, giving each other your undivided attention, and making some wonderful memories.
Wherever you are, goodmorning, good afternoon, good evening, and have a good night!
I'll be back to talk "S" word with you all later!
